My creations are for kidsafe / family friendly sites only!

By joining Lauraspixelpage member area you accept my terms even if you did not read them completely.

By joining please add a valid e-mail adress. It is out of response when you do not receive my mails.
Please remember that I do not watch after my mails all the 24 hours per day.
Your mails will be processed within 48 hours.
If you do not get an answer in this time please send your mail once again.

When you join my memberarea and you have a protected area, you must give me access
I do not want to use your work, I only want to check that your website is protected
and you respect my terms.

When you join Lauraspixelpage
 you have to add my memberlogo to your website and link it back to www.lauraspixelpage.com within one week after signup.
Even when you cancel your membership on my site,
my logo has to remain on your page when you still publish one of my outlines, graphics, sigtags........

You are not allowed to download anything on the whole homepage. Otherwise it is mentioned.
Do not direct link to anything on my site

It is strictly forbidden to give your username and password to anyone, also when he or she is a member too.
Your IP-adress will be controlled. You are not allowed to login from two different IP-adresses.
When you do so your account will be terminated immediately and there will be no refund

Everyone who does not follow my terms will loose his account at the memberarea of Lauraspixelpage
and there will be no refund

It is possible that I change my terms or add something to it.
You must join my Yahoo Group, it is not a chat group, it is for update and site information only

You are only allowed to change or erase the text in front or behind of the outline.
Before you use my outlines you have to color them.

NO "as is" SELLING ALLOWED WITHout ASIS-LICENSE!
Certificate must be displayed on ALL pages where the tubes/outlines are displayed and on your license page!

You may place them inside your member's area (password protected areas only) you and your members can NOT resell them ASIS!
Your members can tube the outlines if their hold your tubing license.

Tube-Tutorial License

Offering tubes/tutorials of my lineart for FREE in a NON password protected members area is NOT ALLOWED

with this license you are allowed to tube ONLY my lineart and offer them in  your memberarea

to write tutorials from my lineart and offer them in  your memberarea

The copyright of the lineart is still mine
 

Your license is personal, you cannot share it with another person.

When you buy tube/tutorial license you will get a license logo with an unique number and your name on it,
 you MUST display that license logo on every site where the tubes/tutorials are,
so people can see it and can be sure that you have permission

You must add a link back to my site on each page where you put the tubes/tutorials licenselogo

You are not allowed to send my tubes/tutorials to groups (MSN, yahoo, email, forums....)
without my permission

If there are several owners on your site, each owner must own a license.

 The tube/tutorial license is valid for 1 member only

If you sell your members area or site to another person
you have to REMOVE all the TUBES/TUTORIALS you have made of my outlines from the members area before transfer of sale.
 Tube/Tutorial Licenses do NOT transfer with site owner

All outlines must be fully colored and shaded by you before offering them.
please make sure not to add bases from any of my doll outlines without clothing.
Doll outlines have to be fully dressed.

It is forbidden to use anything done with my creations out of the internet (cd, clothes, t-shirts...).

you have to make the tube-graphic all by yourself, not just recolor the tubes I offer on my site

you must make your tubes/tutorials different from my original.

If you use my outlines in a members section, you must give me access to control my terms are being respected.

The tubes/tutorials license is for lifetime but you must have an active membership
